Private cloud
Private cloud is entirely different from public cloud and it charges much more than it. There is no such concept called multiple clients here and it is not accessible via public internet.
You have two choices to deploy private cloud, you can set up your own data premises infrastructure and maintain it all on your own including monitoring the infrastructure, networking equipments and trouble shooting. Another choice you have is to use a third party’s cloud service and pay a certain fee on a monthly basis.
Private cloud is more secure when comparing it with the public cloud. Organizations can use private cloud to store highly sensitive data.
For instant understanding, let’s take the example of the banking system. In this scenario, you go to the bank to get a loan with your diamond necklace and your friend also applied for a loan with gold chain, here the jewels are safeguarded in a separate locker.

Hybrid cloud
Hybrid cloud is the combination of private cloud and public cloud
Hybrid cloud = Private cloud + Public cloud
It holds the characteristics of private cloud as well as public cloud. Hybrid clouds promote high flexibility to organizations. It lets businesses choose specific data for public cloud and private cloud.
For instance, one can choose public cloud to store data like basic information and private cloud to save highly confidential data. This model is less expensive than the private cloud. It is also known as a heterogeneous cloud.
The main advantage of using hybrid cloud model is for its speed and high-end security.

Multiclouds is the method of using two or three cloud service providers for your business.
